These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services provided by Adeniyi Wareez Olajide, trading as Crucial Info. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms. They are written to be fair on both sides.

1. Our services

We provide e-commerce consulting, website design and redesign, SEO optimization, email marketing, social media management, advertising, music promotion, book promotion, and game marketing. The exact scope, timeline, and price for your project are agreed in writing (email counts) before work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Every project is quoted individually based on scope and your budget. The quote you receive is the price you pay: no hidden fees are added later. Consultations are free.

3. Payments

Projects begin with an agreed deposit (typically 50%) and the balance is due at handover, before final files and access are transferred. We confirm the exact schedule in your written quote. Payment details are always shared by email or WhatsApp, never through this website. We never ask for your store password or payment card details through this website.

4. Refund policy

If work has not started, your deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of payment. Once work begins, refunds are pro-rated for work not yet completed. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, you receive a proportional refund. Whatever terms you agree with us in writing always override this general statement.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, images, and access (such as Shopify collaborator access) needed for the project.
• Confirm you own or have permission to use the materials you send us.
• Review work and give feedback within the agreed timeframes.

6. Our responsibilities

• Deliver the agreed scope on the agreed timeline.
• Keep you updated in plain language at every step.
• Work with collaborator access only; your store and credentials stay yours.
• Handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership and handover

Once full payment is received, the delivered website, design files, and copy produced for your project belong to you. Tools or libraries we use that carry their own open-source or vendor licenses remain under those licenses.

8. Results disclaimer

Marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside anyone's control, including search engines and ad platforms. We commit to professional best practice, not to a guaranteed revenue figure.

9. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to breach it, or submit spam through its forms. Content on this site is provided for general information and belongs to Crucial Info unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
